Orders placed in the USA will typically be received in 2-3 business days or sooner, once the order has been processed. We will email you updates on your order once confirmed, shipped, and delivered. 

Due to our sensitivity to hygiene, we are unable to accept any returns on our Feathers underwear. Should you need to exchange an unopened item please feel free to contact our customer service department via email.

Should you experience any defect or damage, please feel free to reach out to our customer service department who will personally assist you.

Should you need to cancel or change an item / items in your order within 24 hours of when the order has been placed, you can contact our customer service department via email. Our team will do our best to accommodate changes during our open business hours.
